A genuine nature and outdoor enthusiast, Tom Malpass has spent most of his life taking advantage of all that the Sea to Sky corridor has to offer. Skiing. Biking. Hiking. Golfing. He leaves no area undiscovered.

Equipped with a business management degree, Tom is also a former home inspector and owner of a high end window and door installation company which, to a realtor, comes as an advantage.

A kind, friendly companion, Tom loves meeting new people and has maintained loyal friendships with all of his clients.

Tom lives in Squamish with his wife and three children.
