Merideth Schutter

I grew up in Vancouver and worked as a top producing realtor in this dynamic, forward thinking city for over a decade. It was a seamless transition to Whistler as I crave the mountains and fresh air.  I continue to feel inspired by its people, scenery and energy.

I attended Crofton House School for 12 years, then studied at Athabasca University, followed by the Real Estate Division of UBC’s Sauder School of Business.

As a home owner, renovator and redecorator for the past 20 years it was a seamless and natural transition into Real Estate Sales. I graduated from business school in communications and marketing and therefore bring a unique and well-rounded perspective to Real Estate. Having worked in hotel sales/marketing and media sales I understand the importance of relationships in building business. I love a challenge and welcome new opportunity.

Prior to becoming a Licensed REALTOR® myself, I had the privilege of working with a top producer in the industry in my early 20’s. It was here that I gained valuable skills and a deep respect for this profession. Whether you are a resident of Vancouver or relocating here, I will ensure your next move is smooth and professional. Realtor safety is a TOP priority for me, so much so that last year I created PROtect. Smart Personal Safety and we are currently working with large real estate companies to help empower agents to take more control of their own personal safety.

I am passionate about the Real Estate industry. Helping people buy or sell their homes is one of my great pleasures. We live in Emerald and when I am not working I can be found with my husband, two kids and our dog or volunteering my time with Canuck Place Children’s Hospice.
